During the „eAkte on tour“-roadshow throughout Germany, all interested companies were able to obtain a view behind the scenes. From 2nd till 26th June the “e-Akte-truck” was on its way through nine German cities to banks, insurances as well as companies of public authorities and housing to present how an electronic file is formed.

The team of Document Processing Services (DPS) from Siemens IT Solutions and Services displayed on different stations the individual steps of the whole process from preparation to digitalization and subscription till quality control in the especially for this project rebuild and equipped truck.

Company representatives took the opportunity to experience how their brought paper files were digitized during their individual appointments. The DPS team moreover explained the proceedings of digitalization projects during the process and illustrated possible specifications depending on the field of application. The personal customer service, the direct insight and the qualified guidance convinced and impressed the visitors.

Our EDS-truck was consciously chosen as a vehicle of the reference-class, which underlined the high quality of the products and gave the event an appropriate frame.
