The first big ISC road show within the 13year company history of INTERNATIONAL SERVICE CHECK (ISC) has come to an end. The ISC Informationmobile was touring through Germany from 20th till 30th of April and stopped in ten cities. In Dortmund, Bremen, Rostock, Berlin, Leipzig, Munich, Stuttgart, Saarbrücken, Mainz and Bonn was the ISC within the peoples reach. The ISC Infomobile was placed on popular public places such as the Domshof in Bremen, the Alexanderplace in Berlin, the Augustusplace in Leipzig or the Friedensplace in Bonn.

The résumé of the first ISC road show was a full success. Reinhold Auer, founder and president of INTERNATIONAL SERVICE CHECK, stated his conclusion of the ten diversified days positively. “ISC was the first Mystery Shopping Provider in Germany to conceive and implement such a great tour.” Thousands of people from the east coast till the alpine upland, from the Saarland till Saxony, saw the ISC Infomobile within the last two weeks and hence the brand INTERNATIONAL SERVICE CHECK.

Already the many kilometers, which the ISC Infomobile was on the highways, were a sensation from the A1 till the A96 – and furthermore, its stops in the cities. An friendly ISC hostess was on site at each location and moreover, all sorts of artists like clowns, acrobats, magicians, stilts, walking acts, street musicians and mime artists, who partly already worked for Eckart Witzigmann, the Cirque du Soleil or the Circus Roncalli. This has never been seen before in the Mystery Shopping branch in Germany and probably neither in the field of market research.

A joyful side effect was the circumstance that besides already registered Service Checkers and existing customers even a lot of people were visiting the Infomobile. They were willing to learn more about ISC and often even wanted to register themselves as test customers on the spot.
